7 Reasons Not to Speak When You Are Angry

Seven things to think about before you open your mouth…
1. You may not know all the facts.
2. You may speak too quickly.
3. You may say too much.
4. You may use the truth as a club to hurt others.
5. You may say something you regret later.
6. You may hurt innocent bystanders.
7. You may reveal your own weakness.

+bri rich So glad this could help you. I don't promote any type of anger via all my posts. Sending you many smiles. You must be the master of your anger, your mind. Do not allow the mind to conquer you. Peace be upon you always.

+Jendhamuni Sos This picture of this butterfly and its reflection are so APPROPRIATE for your post. I love your words and quotes they are always very calming and help me to want to be a better person.

The list today is important bc it shows how we need to reflect within ourselves and think about what we say before we say something hurtful that may taint the way that others see us.

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
