Everyday

Everyday we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child – our own two eyes. All is a miracle. ~Thich Nhat Hanh

An this miracles are given by the creator along wd our birth
Bt we fail to recognise them a thrr power
Bcs the human nature is wt is close to him he ignores that
Wt is away he chases them
Means if he has parents at home
    He doesnt respect them
He shows them that those parents are better than them

SISTER I WANT TO TELL YOU A STORY!
THERE WAS A YOUNG GIRL, ALMOST INTO HER WOMAN HOOD, SHE HAD FOUR BROTHERS, SHE WAS THE OLDEST OF THEM, AS TIME WENT BY, SHE COME TO KNOW SHE HAD MANY BROTHERS AND SISTER .
HER MOTHER HAD FOUR BOYS AND HER AT THIS POINT IN HER LIFE. THIS GIRL, WISHED SHE WOULD HAVE A BABY SISTER THAT WOULD BE HER FRIEND TOO. SEE THE OTHER CHILDREN BE LONGED TO HER DAD, HE HAD her MOM, AND SIX OTHER WOMAN HE HAD TWENTY EIGHT CHILDREN IN all, HER AND HER FOUR BROTHERS. WELL ON HER JOURNEY, A BABY BROTHER DIED , THEY SAID CRIB DEATH. SHE WAS ABOUT , FIVE OR SIX.
MANY YEARS LATER HER MOM REMARRIED AND HAD A SON, THE FIVE YEARS LATER SHE HAD A GIRL THEN A BOY SO KNOW SHE HAD THREE NEW YOUNG ONES UNDER HER. BUT HER MOTHER WAS NOT AS GOOD AND KIND AS THE WORLD WORLD BELIEVE, THE MOM WOULD DO THINGS , OUT OF JEALOUSY IF IT LOOKED LIKE THE TWO SISTER EVEN THOUGH THERE IS MANY YEARS DIFFERENCE IN AGE GOT ALONG, THE BIG SISTER MADE AN ICE POND FOR THEM, AND SHE WOULD SPIN THEM AROUND AND SHE TAUGHT THEM TO ICE SKATE. TOOK THEM FOR LONG NICE WALKS. SHE WAS REALLY TRYING TO BE THE BEST BIG SISTER EVER. BUT THEY BELIEVED THIER MOM, OVER THIER SISTER, AND ONE DAY CAME, THEY DRIFTED AWAY. NEVER TO BOTHER WITH HER AGAIN.
YOU HAVE GREAT MEMORIES! HOLD ON TO THEM, TREASURE THOSE SPECIAL TIMES. GOD BLESS YOU. HUG YOUR FAMILY FOR ME. WITH HONOR , I LOVE YOU. MY BRAVE LADY!

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
