The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware.

+Jendhamuni Sos I will pray a special prayer for her.  I did not know Danny, but his picture reveals how special he was.  He exudes goodness.

+Ruthie STARK-REDMAN He's such a good kid, an honor student. He lived with his grandma since he was a baby. He does not know how to swim. He was not feeling well and didn't want to go to swimming class. I don't know why the swim teacher didn't see him drowning in the pool.

+Jendhamuni Sos the circumstances are awful/horrific to have this happen to Danny, only God knows why.  It is so sad, and prayer is extremely important, in order to have the strength to move forward.  The swim teacher is negligent, no doubt.

+Dietrich Lombarde Does not matter whether they are rich or poor, they still think the same way, if they don't choose to live their lives that way.

Bit unfair to the swim teacher, an accident takes just 1second of not thinking. That person must feel absolutely awful. It takes just 3 minutes for a non-buoyant person to pass away on the bottom. Danny will save lives, the outcome of the investigation is his contribution.

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
