to answer a earlier comment: What about eternal Hell? that doesn't sound like love to me!
To ask why God allows suffering in the world is like asking a parent why they would let their child get hurt when they are learning to walk.. We all fall down, and we can only get back up with the parents hands: God. God is eternally good, he is only good, and what makes all the suffering and evil in the world are us: humans.  evil is in the world NOT BECAUSE of evil itself, but because of lack of good in things.  Now, back to the Hell question:  How can God send us to Hell?  God is not SENDING OR COMDEMMING US TO HELL.  we send ourselves there by not accepting God as our savior, and that he rose from the grave.  God gives us a choice….listen to his instruction (become a follower of God), or not listen and face the consequences.  
I really hope that this helps whoever is wondering about this, and is reading this currently..
