    When Love begins within, as I Love my self as I am, Love is then given and shared with others as Love (not as pain or suffering).  Such Love is Unconditional and Unlimited.  I Love You is thus I give you, unconditionally, my Love (with no expectations).  Love that is given is released openly to that other person (or place or thing).  Giving Love, and Loving myself, are opening and accepting.

    Love in any other form is filled with expectations, limitations and conditions.  Unmet expectations leads to frustrations, fear, worry, sadness, hurt, suffering, et cetera.  Such "Love" is messy, exhilarating, sad, fun, frustrating, happy, angry, anguished, joyous, painful, pleasurable.

    Unconditional Love is Selfless, Giving, Allowing, Fun, Pleasant.

    Which form of expressing Love we each choose leads to inevitable results.  Choose wisely for the most beneficial harvest of results!
