This is one of the most popular Cambodian cakes called ‘num ah-kor’ នំអាកោរ wrapped in banana leaves, topped with shredded coconut. We love using palm sugar for this cake to make it look yellowish or golden. The home-baked cake is not only beautiful but very tasty, especially with the shredded coconut topping. These golden cakes taste so good when they are still warm. Hmmm… am I making you hungry now?
