Resentment in your heart

Delete resentment in your heart. The person you’re MAD at might have moved on, and they’re not even thinking about you anymore. So, your anger isn’t hurting them, it’s hurting YOU. ~Kemmy Nola

Yeah, but he was just here 2 days ago and we have unfinished business. I have no problem moving on if that's what the deal is but the problem is that he's not told me that and will end up showing up here sometime after he feels I won't be upset about what it was he did while I trusted him to be in my home. It's my fault for being so loving and forgiving because it only made it OK for him to take complete advantage. That's just me. I don't believe in holding grudges, jealousy, or being hateful, I never stay mad for very long. I just need to find the proper balance. This is not good at all. Sometimes a person needs to get angry. It's not healthy to bottle things up inside, especially when someone's done you so wrong. It's really hard for me because I really care for him and believed him when he said we were friends…

Kyun tumhare is ashiq ka parwano me naam lete ho
Keh kar ke dil doge humari jaan lete ho.
Pata hai nahi rakh sakte hum apni dhadkano pe kaabu
Phir kyun humari mohabbat ka imtehan lete ho. *

its always easy to say that one should move on. if the other person moves on so easily it means they didnt love as they said. its hard for the one who was truly in love to move on. thats my thought.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
