“It was sunsets that taught me that beauty sometimes only lasts for a couple of moments, and it was sunrises that showed me that all it takes is patience to experience it all over again.” ~ A.J. Lawless

  4. Nature teaches more than she preaches

Nature teaches more than she preaches. There are no sermons in stones. It is easier to get a spark out of a stone than a moral. —John Burroughs

  5. Quality of air that emanation from old trees

    1

It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men’s hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.  — Robert Louis Stevenson

    Away, away,—to the mountains away,

  8. Nothing in the nature

    302

Nothing in the nature lives for itself
Rivers don’t drink their own water
Trees don’t eat their own fruits
Sun doesn’t give heat for itself
Moon doesn’t ever go on honeymoon
Flowers don’t spread fragrance for themselves.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
