The kindness you give

The kindness you give isn’t always the same thing you get in return… sometimes it’s more, sometimes it’s less, worst, sometimes you get none at all… but remember , GOD said: the one who willingly gives is always more blessed than the one who receives. ~Ritu Ghatourey

The kindest thoughts seem to emerge from the posts and comments of +Jendhamuni Sos. I sometimes wonder if she is a flower dressed in human clothing. The garden of life would bloom in peaceful delight like an oasis in the desert sun planted with seeds bearing the fruit of her wisdom, and watered from the well of wonder.

Ti add, somtimes a act of kindnes to some one is worth more than all the mony in the world, I came acros a old homeless lady today, she was walking down the street with 3 havy plasic bags in each and. I stoped and asked where is she going, she replied and said home. I told her to get in the car then I will drop her off by the shop where all the Taxi's are waiting. She got in and very softy asked if I can take about 3 blocks down where the bush begins. I said sure, I asked if she will be maeting some one there to pick her up, she said no, that is her home. When I stoped tje car she said thank you and wanted to pay me with some small change, I looked at her and said that GOD gave me the capebility to help her and that she should know that HE loves every singel child of his. She smiled at me as she got out and sat under neath a big old tree.

For all Narendra Modi fans read this .. Recently, India's most well-known
film script-writer Salim Khan (actor Salmaan Khan's father) has said to a
senior journalist in an interview: "Does anyone remember who the chief
minister of Maharashtra was during the Mumbai riots which were no less
deadly than the Gujarat riots of 2002?

Does anyone recall the name of the chief minister of UP during Malliana and
Meerut riots or that of the Bihar CM when the Bhagalpur or Jamshedpur riots
    under Congress regimes took place?

Do we hear names of earlier chief ministers of Gujarat under whose charge,
hundreds of riots took place in post-Independence India?

Does anyone remember who was in-charge of Delhi's security when
the 1984 massacre of Sikhs took place in the capital of India?

How come Narendra Modi has been singled out as the Devil Incarnate as if he
personally carried out all the killings during the
    riots of 2002?"

No speck of doubt about what Salim Khan has said.

When one says Gujarat's agriculture growth is 101% since whole last decade
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says he made the Asia's biggest solar plant,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat is the only state in the whole of India to provide
24*7 and 365 days electricity to almost all of its 18,000
    villages,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says – World Bank's statement of 2011 said, Gujarat roads are
    equivalent to international standards,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat is the first State in country to have "high speed
wireless Broadband service in its all 18,000 villages,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Forbes Magazine rated Ahmadabad as the fastest
growing city in India and 3rd in the world,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says Gujarat Tourism is growing faster than ever before,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

When one says according to central govt's Labour Bureau's report, Gujarat
has the lowest unemployment rate in country,
    The other says 2002 Riots!

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
