1. Like a Rose…

    Comment

    A relationship is like a rose, How long it lasts, no one knows;
    Love can erase an awful past, Love can be yours, you’ll see at last;
    To feel that love, it makes you sigh, To have it leave, you’d rather die;
    You hope you’ve found that special rose,
    ’cause you love and care for the one you chose.

  2. The moment Love arises in the Heart, all fear disappears

    115

    Wishing all my friends a gorgeous weekend
    Love and hate are not real opposites, but love and fear are real opposites. Hate can become love very easily: it is really love standing upside-down. It is not very far from love, it is love energy in a disturbed state. The energy can be calmed, stilled. It is only a question of rearranging the energy, and hate can become love. And we know – it happens every day in life – love can become hate, hate can become love. You hate the same person and you love the same person. One moment you hate, another moment you love. So love and hate are two sides of the same coin, they are not real opposites. ~Osho

  3. Your fragrance

    27

    Everything starts with love, remember; love is the ultimate law. Then prayer, mercy, grace, follow of their own accord.
    Love has to be just your flavor, your aroma, your fragrance. When you pass by the side of a rosebush, the rosebush does not bother whether it likes you or not. Its fragrance is available to you as much as to anybody else. Its fragrance is available to the birds, to the animals, to the trees – and unconditionally, without any expectation in return. Its fragrance is available even when there is nobody present to enjoy it, appreciate it. It simply goes on releasing its fragrance; it is its nature. ~Osho

  4. Don’t nurse them…

    For peace of mind, resign as general manager of the universe.
    Troubles are a lot like people — they grow bigger if you nurse them.

  5. We can share only that which we have

    Comment

    Some people erupt like a volcano when they are angry…

    If you are angry you will share anger, if you are greedy you will share greed, if you are full of lust you will share your lust. We can share only that which we have, we cannot share that which we don’t have. This has to be the fundamental thing to be remembered; hence the first step is meditation and the second step is compassion. ~Osho

  6. How far…

    How far that little candle throws his beams! So shines a good deed in a weary world.

  7. Love is the way

    What happens when you keep brewing coffee beyond a certain duration? It gets bitter, way too bitter to be consumed, it cannot be sweetened by any honey any more. Similarly, when a person holds onto their negative emotions, such negativity keeps on brewing, it makes the person bitterer. The longer they hold onto, the greater the bitterness.

    Brewing anger can easily lead to a fit of rage because an outburst is more a symptom, an outcome, than a cause, it is a sign that you have been holding onto negative emotions within you. It is like heating up a steamed dumpling in a microwave oven. The dumpling is able to take heat to a certain degree, beyond which it simply explodes, splattering all over, it is no longer edible, much less presentable.

    The brewer is a real killer, it is the slow poison. Unlike the volcano, this one is kept in heart. Many harbor anger and other negative emotions, they are unable to let go. ~Om Swami
