I don't believe in animal cruelty, but I also don't believe animals are on par with humans. I've opened many an animal in my life and eaten all the ones that I've shot. What's more cruel, a harsh winter in Canada or sitting in a nice warm freezer?

I'm having compassion on the Foxes and coyotes! They need something to eat, so why not the entrails of a deer?

I loved also my Rottweiler (he was put to sleep 10 years ago) also he was not a vegetarian (lots of animals are carnivores) including the 2 specimen above. The area we used to live there were plenty of feral goats, yes feral animals are a disaster for the ecosystem. Hunting to give Fritz his meat was an economical option and a bonus for the environment. Well that was sometimes cruel, you place the bullet somewhere between the neck and the stomach yes goats don't stand still. After being hit they run for 50 meters before being caught by the dog. These experiences made me to become a photographer of wildlife same thing but animals survive. Feral animals yes they need to be eradicated but this job is best done by professionals not something I like to do for a hobby in my spare time.
