+Margatita Martinez Not replying because of hate and revenge will not give you a long term peaceful mind. It will come back to harm you one day. You need to love the negative ones also because they need it the most. If they are living a peaceful life with their love ones, they would never go around causing trouble or give anyone a hard time. It's because they don't have a good life. They don't need any punishment. Not responding to their negative comments is enough punishment for them already. Only love can conquer hate.

In sport we call it form, keep practising till your advice becomes 2nd nature. Martial art has katas same thing. In nature we see the grass bending and moving where the wind directs it.
