Do your best, don’t worry too much

Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything. ~Mary Hemingway

Don't worry too much…..great thought, the more you worry, the more insane you get. Let God take control, He is in control anyway!

I try not to either. In past month I've been homeless wit three small children and no other family. i honestly can't believe i made it but i have. I give my worries to god wen i can't take it no more. He always takes care of them.

If the world would wake up and turn to the Lord JesusChrist we as a nation would be blessed but as long as we reject God with our com premising ungodly ethics and emoral behaviour that is going on in the world now. We bring on ourselves the judgement of God and not mercy

This is so true. Worry destroys your health and happiness. It eats away at you like worms in your belly. Worry is choosing to think a negative thought over and over. Why not choose a positive thought to think over and over. Then you'll be an optimist.

A sleeping bag to dream each night is all this lacks. I live my life my two rules; there is now reason to worry about today because the sun will set and in morn the sun will rise. If by some grace there is no rising it would have been silly to worry.

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
