That can not happen when you have this dress on me. But it may also be a different dress. Interestingly unknown what type of clever words from him.

Between us is a big ocean. Separates and connects. The separation is the cause of my sadness. It explains my unstable mind. A look, a word my little sister can smooth the surf of the waves

Its difficult when you have lost someone that brought your life to such new heights that could ever be imagined. I get up daily believing my life without her is so without meaning and its inexplicably tied to love lost. +Jendhamuni Sos

Indeed +Jendhamuni Sos!  Today is a day of new beginnings and yesterday is gone.  We cannot enjoy today if we are thinking of what went wrong in the past.  There was a time in my life when I constantly 'mourned' loved ones, who died premature tragic deaths.  I had to release the sadness, in order to move forward.  Those whom we have loved and lost, would not want us to continue to live in 'sadness.'  They'd prefer that we get on with our lives and remember the  years of laughter, in my humble opinion.

The present is a gift, that's why it's called "the present"

    I agreed with you… +Jendhamuni Sos
That is the simple secret of happiness. Whatever we are doing, don’t let past move our mind; don’t let future disturb we. Because the past is no more, and the future is not yet. To live in the memories, to live in the imagination, is to live in the non-existential.And when we are living in the non-existential, we are missing that which is existential.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
