Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

    Wonderful  +Jendhamuni Sos
Happiness happens when we fit with our life, when we fit so harmoniously that whatsoever we are doing is our joy. Then suddenly we will come to know: meditation follows us. If we love the work that we are doing, if we love the way we are living, then we are meditative.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
