If you are willing to

If you are willing to trust in a person when all others tell you to go against it. If you are willing to risk getting your heart broken because you believe in that one person, then that is true love.

Not a good idea . Love is good ,but far to overrated . When "hormones" get wild ,lot of mistakes had been -"committed -".
All ,one looks for, is right there in one self .
Trust in on other Person for live is madness .
The Results are for all clearly to see.
    – divorce -.

True love is hard to come by and in most case when one is really in love the other part is not in love meaning the one in love is likely to get heart broken.

If 2 people becomes friends 1st & know each other, i mean really know one another, then i believe true love can be that " truelove", you have to know what makes them smile, what makes them sad, what excites them, accept their faults as they will accept yours, if it is true love. Hold no resentments, don't bring up past relationships. Show your love don't just say the words.

Goodmorning, you are so right ,"trust" we have to have trust in our relationships.. Without trust love is just another 4 letter word.. it hurts to have your heart broken because you trusted the person you loved,, they said " you can trust me" knowing the whole time they were lying. It is hard for me to trust anyone. The friends i had & thought i could trust them were going behind my back & seeing my husbands. Both ex's now but i add up all the years i waisted trusting & loving them . Now it is hard for me to trust anyone. My heart was broken . , now i am very careful who i allow in my life.. i probably will be alone for the rest of my life. I'm ok with this because i spend alot of time with my family. We have to trust ourselves before we can trust anyone else.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
