    Rapid eye movement (REM) accompanies sleeplessness, visualization of anxiety, and worrying. Instead of tossing, and turning with insomnia all night, use the time constructively to create solutions and options available. Nothing is accomplished by losing sleep, and solving nothing.

Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from.
