your sentences remind me a famous sentence:"live at the time that you are in it" ,unfortunately some people like to live     in future or past (sometimes by thinking about some bad situations or some imaginations that maybe they never experience them in their life) so they never enjoy their own life & they find the main point when it's so late for understanding

I always live for today. I was diagnosed with a giant brain aneurysm and was not supposed to live. But God had other plans for me. We must remember tomorrow is not promised to any of us. I live each day and love every second that I have.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
