In order to heal Others

In order to heal others, we first need to heal ourselves. And to heal ourselves, we need to know how to deal with ourselves. ~Thich Nhat Hanh

    Without understanding you
You cant never come out of you
Without love care kindnesz healing yourself
You will never know the meaning of these words
    Once you find yourself
Than your mind works on dealing with others
Once it starts delebration wd others

    The healing automatically takes place
    Gd evening sos
    Unless you recognise your self
    You can never recognise others

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
