Key to the Heart

Don't put your Heart in someone's hands
until you're sure that they know how to hold it.

I'll always felt that love was unconditional. And I blindly hand it over, and enjoy that moment. Because I know it will stay with me forever. in my heart where it belongs

Our ancestors were speaking with the wisdom gained from experience when they would recommend long engagements before making commitments. It takes at least a year of spending a lot of time with someone before you can even begin to know who they really are, and at least two years before you can know them in any depth. It is a much better idea to find out what a person is really like before you become seriously involved with them, than afterwards. People will often start to live with someone and become very attached to them, and then after some time has passed they will discover that they do not even like that person who they are now emotionally bonded to. This happens far too often, and it is a very painful tragedy.

Also, YOU need to know HOW to hold your OWN heart in your OWN hands, FIRST, before YOU can love others/trust others. Self-love and self-esteem are prerequisites to being loved by ANOTHER person!

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
