Lotus & the Seeds — My Food & Best Friend

Lotus seeds are what I ate during the Killing Field

Good morning!
In case you forgot my name.
This is Jendhamuni.
Originally, from Kingdom of Cambodia,
where the land is getting smaller and smaller
because our government is too kind!
Everyday, they stick to the same mission:
Threaten the poor to give rich the lands…
Sweet, bitter, sour, or salty?
You tell me!
This is the reality
behind the black curtain
in Kingdom of Cambodia,
where the king must always remain silent!
Otherwise……? You fill in!

Wishing you a Curious Day,
filled with Love and Compassion,
along with endless wisdom.
~Jendhamuni

I am very behind with my projects this week, will visit your posts tomorrow

They did something similar during the starvation winter of 1944. Ate the seedlings of tulips with mashed potatoes. Beautiful flower.

+Jendhamuni Sos In your case it seems to have worked. Sorry shouldn't make jokes about it. I don't know what motivates members of a police-state.

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
