Love others regardless of their Differences

Preaching Without Practice

I'm so tired
of having tolerance preached to me
by men with none of their own.
Acceptance is a street that goes both ways.
If you want to be loved
despite our beliefs
then you have to love others
regardless of their differences.
So don't tell you're not being heard
when you've got your fingers
plugging your ears.
Because there's nothing more frustrating
than attempting conversation
with someone who won't see their own hypocrisy.

There is a peaceful coexistence. Unfortunately, it is rare in animals and humans. It assumes that basic instincts and wrong examples are overcome. From this interface, a growing realization.

+Jendhamuni Sos You seem like a very loving and understanding woman, who is a bit of a romantic at heart. It would be a better world if we could all live in peaceful coexistence but I doubt that this will ever happen. But we should all try to learn to live together and respect that although we may have different religions and customs we are essentially the same underneath.

Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.  In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
