Peace is the only battle worth waging

God grant the world the will to live in peace,
To end all conflict and make hostility cease.
If we are tolerant of others, we can accept who they are.
There would be no reason to kill, maim or scar.
What will it take to wake us from our sleep?
We must stand for peace and freedom.
As we sow, so shall we reap.

You sound as if you are a Sufi.  A thought for you:
    PREAMBLE
We the people of the United States of America reaffirm and recognize that the Public is the fourth  coequal branch of the Federal Government and that the Constitution of the United States is created by the people to sustain and protect and reflect the will of the Public and the Constitution as Republican Democracy in each State and the Union by the exercise of the one person one vote election  rights we possess as citizens of the Public.  This right to vote literally manifests as the Constitution in the coequal branches of the Executive, Representative and Judicial branches of the Federal government.  The people create and allow the Public to exist though the exercise of our rights as citizens as determined by Public consensus by voting and the established Constitution.  Thus, in order to form a more equal, transparent and responsive union in such a society, public, private and federal, we the people do proclaim and destine this Charter for the acknowledgment and establishment of the University for the Synthesis and Union of Knowledge of and for the Public by the active consensus of whomever elects to freely participate in governing by learning and growth with empathy, compassion and kindness towards all.  I am sure this could be shorter, but it says what it needs to say.

No doubt, so many people are blind by money and possessions.. that when they need more for something new they throw away the old like they never really wanted it to begin with.. I'm 16years old and I wonder what will happen when there's no more money or you can no longer be materialized.. no more weapons or reason to fight or declare war. Everyone's made the same way… Only difference is color, shape and size.(:
But want to know some thing?
Everyones the same with the lights off.
So I wonder would things be better if we went through life with oureyes closed? No one could judge or criticize, make fun of or taunt.

That was Very Touching and Well Written also,
Though what if Ones you wish me to Except,
Have Only in Mind Servitude for its People,
Though I do not have the Time to Go In-Depth.

The Wizard has the Will to live in Peace,
Though I Do Not have the Desire to Live as a Slave.
If I am Not Free, I shall have No Peace,
So It’s Freedom and Peace, or the Grave. 😉

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.

Problems we face today

Of the many problems we face today, some are natural calamities and must be accepted and faced with equanimity. Others, however, are of our own making, created by misunderstanding, and can be corrected...
