Smiling Competition

"Always smile, you never know who could be falling in love with it"

I told the boy to smile, but he cheats
He laughs instead.
I guess I am not a good baby-sitter.
Children never listen to my instructions:))))

Thanks so much, my dearest +Kenneth Chow Children love me for some reason. They probably think I am one of them. I used to go to Chinese school for 3 years with all little children, in same class. I was the only adult having class with 7-8-year-olds. We got a long too well, that the teacher was worry because the children don't want to study, they just want to play with my hair:))))))

Hint, when children love you and you ignore them because you're busy, they will play up. The reason they will get attention, even negative attention they enjoy because they love you. +Jendhamuni Sos

Sounds like a great tip +Charles van Dijk My nieces and nephews are here every Saturday, I will try a new plan, to see if they are going to listen to me or not. Usually, I ignore them for real because I'm busy working.

+Jendhamuni Sos I'm a nurse in mental health care. Attention from a trusted contact person is always welcome, even punishments. This is why punishments are a no no at all times. Find an activity like art and their reward is praise from you but in a coupleof hours when you're back.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
