The best things in life really are free

To be calm, relaxed, just being present in the now…sounds so easy but unless you are Gandhi, it’s not all that easy. It is too easy to get caught up in the bussy-ness of life and  let time slip away without cherishing the moment and appreciating everything you are blessed to have.

Slow down, take a breath and literally smell the roses from time to time. The best things in life really are free and are much to often overlooked. ~quotesnsmiles

Live & Die for Buddhism

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
