Now the medical community is doing an about-face: Turns out, butter has saturated fats found to be health-promoting.

Which is why you should try ghee. A staple of Ayurvedic medicine and Indian cuisine, ghee is made by heating butter until the milk solids are separated and then removed, meaning it’s not dairy, just fat—mostly saturated—which is essential to brain health, muscle recovery, and immunity…read more

butter is milk fat and has the vitamin D3 and good herbs from the meadow…it´s full of green grass and herbs and flowers…our precious cows do the milk and humans make the butter..it´s a wonderful fat so healthy….but when you eat too much, it´s poison like everything you consume too much. Only a bit every day and all is OK. 🙂

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
