The happiest people

The happiest people I have known have been those who gave themselves no concern about their own souls, but did their uttermost to mitigate the miseries of others. ~Elizabeth Cady Stanton

take care of yourself then, you take care of others If you can not clean your own mess, how can you clean others ?

+Jendhamuni Sos Thank you too. You seem deep into your practice. I am already inspired to look into Yoga Sutras of Patalgali and other Vedic texts as meditation along is not enough.  Its the action and reaction to others is where most people even
so called "Enlightened Yogis" get into trouble.

You are a peaceful warrior !
    Salute to you and
    Namaste.

Thank you again +Mark Moshchinsky for your kind words. This world is already miserable, no room for me to mistreat or disrespect anyone else. At this moment, I'm still having issue adding new friends to circle, don't know why. I will add you as soon as I can fix the issue. Yes, please proceed with your plan about the Yoga, I would love to know how it goes for you. I will visit your page sometimes this weekend. Still trying to get works done at the moment.  Have a wonderful day Mark.

🙂 I meant  you put me in your spiritual circle already and you are in my G+ circle.
Don't worry about circles whenever you get to it.

To focus on those with misery can give a person the notion of a victory shared when helping, but to humble ones self to help someone better off than ones self truly brings victory for the broken heart we all want to heal.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
