The message they are sending

When another person makes you suffer, it is because he suffers deeply within himself, and his suffering is spilling over. He does not need punishment; he needs help. That's the message he is sending. ~Thích Nhat Hạnh

If any one makes u suffer
U cant an cannot be so cold blooded that u do the samething to him
Rise above him an kindly ask him y he is doing this
    Make him ashamed of himself
Thats enough fr him fr a turnaround

Control contain the person who makes you suffer and extinguish his suffering. Nothing gained by helping a drowning man when he pulls you down also.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today.
