The miseries of others

The happiest people I have known have been those who gave themselves no concern about their own souls, but did their uttermost to mitigate the miseries of others.

Gautama Buddha has been our true inspiration ,who taught this world,a very simple path, to get rid of all sufferings, and miseries , and this path is path of golden middle. The spiritual aspect of Buddha's teaching is described as Vipasyana, and this is a simple process of meditation, which any body can exercise irrespective of his or her caste, creed, community and religion or belief.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.
