I don't agree with you, I will fight to the dead for your right to say it. (Voltaire). I looks nice and healthy.

You don't need any recipe. Just fry tofu, cut it open and insert your favorite veggies inside. This one is not my photo, but very easy to make. I eat tofu almost every day +Alan Peto

The man is my hero some of his quotes.

“Let us read, and let us dance; these two amusements will never do any harm to the world.
“It is forbidden to kill; therefore all murderers are punished unless they kill in large numbers and to the sound of trumpets.”

“I have never made but one prayer to God, a very short one: Oh Lord, make my enemies ridiculous. And God granted it.

Plants have offspring too, and it was meant to eat animals, as the hunters have forward facing eyes, so the hunt is on for lions to eat a fresh kill, eagles to eat the rabbit, and so on, so I feel God intended us to eat animals based on that as nature is, as all nature feeds of of the dead, so as plants live off of decaying animals, bugs, and so fourth, and it cannot be denied that life is one big food chain, and if all animals would live and not be killed, then there would be overpopulation of them, and they would just die from disease, but I still have respect for the sentiment of not killing animals, and perhaps that a well planned vegetarian diet is healthier in the long run.

+Dana Greco Us humans have a choice, my choice is not to argue with people who have different ideas. Compare it with a full glass of water . You have a water tanker full with the cleanest spring water, but  it is irrelevant because there is no more room in the glass of water.

Live & Die for Buddhism

Me & Grandma

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
