What does God do at night?

God is very great and strong
He listens to us all day long
And teaches us to do what's right
But nobody knows what He does at night.

Infinite goodness should not be able to create evil. A contradiction here.

+kenneth cook Salam! Ya ofcourse you are right @ some places but actually what does that poem mean is that GOD does bless HIS Beloved in the night, Indeed HE dont need anyone but We his people obviously need HIM and HE really need LOVE from them, Because the whole birth of the universe was for the LOVE of GOD with HIS Men! 🙂 Hope you would understand! Cheers! 😀
May GOD Bless Us all! 🙂

"God is ever living, the one who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him.To Him belongs whatever is in the havens and whatever is on earth….He knows what happens to his creatures in this world, and what will happen to them hereafter….His throne extends over the havens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the most high, the most great."(2:255). He creates day and night so that we can differentiate between light and darkness.

We interpret and express the truth
We have attained in what we are,
Think and do in the present world.

My Reflection

This site is a tribute to Buddhism. Buddhism has given me a tremendous inspiration to be who and where I am today. Although I came to America at a very young age, however, I never once forget who I am and where I came from. One thing I know for sure is I was born as a Buddhist, live as a Buddhist and will leave this earth as a Buddhist. I do not believe in superstition. I only believe in karma.

Tipitaka: The pali canon (Readings in Theravada Buddhism). A vast body of literature in English translation the texts add up to several thousand printed pages. Most -- but not all -- of the Canon has already been published in English over the years. Although only a small fraction of these texts are available here at Access to Insight, this collection can nonetheless be a very good place to start.
