but the biggest hurt I believe is that
someone ignoring you when you
value them more than anything else.

    Believe me no body can hurt you by words or action. it is we who hurt our self. it is our ego and our  expectation that gets hurt, not we. If some body calls me monkey, I imagine myself sitting on tree and jumping from one branch to other, making funny faces. it makes me laugh in stead of getting hurt. try this trick and you will enjoy the changed feeling.

    Most of people agree with this nice words but … I believe and trust in areal live GOD !!
    When we get astrong faith in our lord God then we got the real love of our-self and love them whom inger and hurt os in anyway however , whenever and whatever…. we have to love all people as we love our-self selves …. when we get to love the Lord God then we got it !!! "Now we can forget but forgot hurt and pain" !!!

    words actions and ignored by some near and dear one have no effect on us if we think sensibly with cool mind. when we feel some one is hurting us or ignoring us we see only one side of the coin we do not know his limitations. once a man was standing before me in a pay counter of a mall. i was in a hurry, i requested him repeatedly to move forward in the queue but he simply ignored me. i did get irritated but suddenly a lady appeared and said i am sorry i made him to stand he can not hear he is totally deaf. i realised people have reasons but we don't know.
